Tasty Treat Tuesday: Mom's Potato Salad

5lb bag of potatoes

5 eggs boiled and chopped

1.5 stalks celery chopped

3 tsps sweet pickle relish

1/2 onion chopped

2 heaping tsp mustard

3 heaping T Mayonnaise


1. Boil potatoes in skins and boil eggs (separately). Drain and let cool.

2. Add celery, onions, and pickle relish in large bowl. Peel shells from eggs, chop, and add to bowl. When potatoes are cool, peel skins, slice, and add to bowl.

3. Add mustard and mayonnaise. Mix well. To make creamier, more mayonnaise may be needed. Salt to taste.

4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

This is my mom's personal recipe and it's yummy! It's my favorite food and when she makes it...I usually eat it all! Enjoy!!
