It's that time again. Yes, Menu Planning Monday! While reading over last week's menu, I realized how much better my menu would be if I went from Tuesday to Monday since I make the menus on Monday and do the Shopping on Tuesday. It just makes more sense, don't you think?
Here is my menu for this coming week. Again, it's plain, simple, and easy. I've been looking at new recipes, but my children (and myself, honestly) are so picky, that it's difficult to find one. However, modifying the ones that I think we would like usually works.

p.s. I just noticed that I have pinto beans down 2x on Wednesday! That's suppose to be cornbread at the end. Oopps!
