The drive down was okay, but Baby D was so tired and fussy. He didn’t sleep well on the way down and he didn’t sleep well once we got to my mom’s house because we hadn’t brought his playpen. I had thought I would be able to get him to sleep and he would stay asleep. Bad assumption! He was fussy and wouldn’t sleep, which made it hard for me to sleep, so we were both a little irritable. Luckily, he slept some on the ride home.
I will definitely miss my girls!
